| 摘 要： | 目的通过对针刀、针灸治疗梨状肌下孔神经血管卡压症的疗效进行比较,分析针刀治疗该病的疗效情况和作用机理以及存在的问题。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,每组30例。针刀组采用针刀闭合性手术疗法,针刺组取患侧环跳、秩边、居髎、委中、阿是穴,施以普通针刺。使用痛阈测定仪分别测量两组患者治疗过程中的痛阈值变化。结果针刀组与针刺组总有效率分别为96.7%、80.0%。针刀组总有效率优于针刺组（P〈0.01）。针刀组痛阈值平均上升幅度高于针刺组（P〈0.01）。结论针刀治疗梨状肌下孔神经血管卡压症能使痛阈值升高,改善临床症状,提高患者生活质量。
