| 摘 要： | 目的观察火针疗法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将114例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组54例,治疗组采用火针治疗,对照组采用药物治疗,1个疗程后进行疗效对比观察。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为88.9%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论火针是治疗颈型颈椎病的一种有效方法。
