机械通气治疗呼吸衰竭98例监护体会

目的：总结机械通气治疗呼吸衰竭的监护经验。方法：对机械通气治疗呼吸衰竭的患者实施监护，确保呼吸机的正常运行和患者的气道通畅，并做好基础护理、心理护理。结果：98例患者中，88例痊愈出院，有效率90％。结论：加强对机械通气患者监护，是机械通气顺利实施的保证。

The guardianship of 98 respiratory failure cases who were treated with mechanical ventilation

Objective: To summarize the guardianship of mechanical ventilation to treat respiratory failure. Method :To guard respiratory failure patients who were treated with mechanical ventilation, to ensure the normal running of breathing machine and patients' air passage easy and smooth. And do a good job of the basic nursing and psychology nursing. Result: 88 patients recovered and left the hospital, and the efficient rate was 90%. Conclusion: Strengthening the guardianship of patients who were treated with mechanical ventilation can improve their breathing function effectively and reduce the case fatality rate. It can ensure the mechanical ventilation be given smoothly.
