| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨骶外侧血管蒂髂骨瓣转位治疗腰骶椎不稳定的新术式。方法:在对骶外侧血管进行解剖学研究的基础上,设计并应用骶外侧血管蒂髂骨瓣转位治疗腰骶部不稳定患者25例。结果:随访1～5年,全部病例均植骨融合成功,获得满意的疗效。结论:骶外侧血管蒂髂骨瓣转位植骨融合治疗腰骶部不稳定,创伤小,融合率高,是一种疗效可靠的新手术方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the transposition of ilium bone flap pedicled with lateral sacral artery in treatment of lumbosacral unstatility.Methods:On the basis of anatomic study of lateral sacral artery, we designed and applied trarsposed ilium bone flap pedicled with lateral sacral artery to 25 patients with lumbosacral unstabiliry. Results: After 1 - 5 years follow - up, all grafted bone flaps shew solid fusion. Conclusion:The transposition of ilium bone flap pedicled with lateral sacral artery has the advantage of small wounds and It is a reliable new surgical treatment for lumbosacral unstability. |
