某电池厂治理后粉尘、二氧化锰、噪声监测结果分析

摘    要:目的了解某电池厂采取除尘、隔声等防护措施后,锰尘、噪声的防护效果,为进一步改善作业环境提供依据。方法对某电池公司存在的粉尘、二氧化锰、噪声进行检测,并将治理前后的粉尘、二氧化锰、噪声的检测结果进行对比分析。结果共检测粉尘11个作业岗位,60份样品;二氧化锰8个作业岗位,38份样品;噪声28个点。所检测的粉尘、二氧化锰的浓度、作业点噪声强度均明显低于治理前(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),治理后检测结果均低于国家职业卫生标准。结论该电池厂采取综合除尘、降噪措施后效果明显,粉尘、二氧化锰、噪声均控制在安全水平。

Abstract:[ Objective ] To understand the preventive effect of Manganese dust, noise in a battery plant after taken protective measures of dust removal, sound insulation, and provide evidence for further improving the operating environment. [ Methods ] The levels of dust, manganese dioxide, noise were tested before and after the treatments in a battery plant, and the results were compared. [ Results ] A total of 11 operating positions and 60 samples were tested, including 8 positions and 38 samples for manganese dioxide, 28 points for noise. Tested results of dust, concentration of manganese dioxide, noise intensity of the operating position were all significantly lower than that before treatment ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion ] The battery plant adopts the comprehensive dust removal and the noise reduction measure; the effect is obvious, dust, manganese dioxide, noise levels are controlled in a safe level.
