| 摘 要： | 临床上两种冠心病主要手术方式经皮冠状动脉介入治疗和冠状动脉旁路搭桥术的相对益处对比研究一直是学术界争论的焦点。对近年来国内外多项研究分析发现,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗与冠状动脉旁路搭桥术的优劣无明显差距。临床医生只要严格按照手术适应证选择恰当的血运重建技术,就能获得良好的临床效益。 |

| Abstract: | The comparison of the therapeutic effects of coronary artery bypass grafting（CABG） and percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI） in coronary heart disease is always controversial.However,no significant difference between CABG and PCI has been found in studies performed both in China and abroad.Therefore,either technique is clinically beneficial assuming that the arterial angioplasty has been chosen based on strict control of the operative indications. |
