| 摘 要： | 建设一支素质高、业务精、作风硬的临床带教队伍，是对护生正确实施素质教育，实现临床实习宗旨和教学目标，培养德才兼备的实用型护理人才的关键。选拔高素质带教老师、制定详细的阶段带教目标是基础。并着重从建立“教”“学”双评制度，定期召开带教老师会议，加强师生沟通，组织好小讲课，加强思想道德和专业知识学习方面进行建设与培养．收到较好效果。

| Abstract: | It is very important to select and train a graup of excellent clinical nursing teachers for training qualitified and practical nursing personnel.To select nursing teachers with high quality and work out a detailed phased plan is the base.We have recieved better effects by building a double assessment system between teachers and nurses,having meetings with nursing teachers regularly,improving the relation between teachers and nurses,having feature lectures and strengthening the study of the knowledge in ideological morality and specialty. |
