| 摘 要： | [目的]了解麻疹暴发的原因,探讨控制措施。[方法]对2004年3-4月兴义市威舍镇谢洒村1起麻疹暴发疫情进行调查。[结果]3月1日至4月27日合计发病80例,为8个月至15岁儿童,罹患率为32.00%,其中7-12岁罹患率最高（38.89%）;接种麻疹疫苗者罹患率为20.19%,未接种者罹患率为40.41%（P〈0.01）;3月下旬发病56例（占病例总数的70.00%）。[结论]部分适龄儿童未接种麻疹疫苗,使用的麻疹疫苗保护效果差,疫情发现和处理不及时是本次麻疹暴发的原因。 |

| Abstract: | [Objective]To study the reason of the measles outbreak in Guizhou Province and explore the control measure for it.[Methods]To investigate a measles outbreak during March and April in 2004 in xiesa village,Weishe town,Xingyi city.[Results]The cases of the disease amounted to 80 from March 1 to April 27 in 2004.All of cases were children aged from 8 months to 12 years.The total incidence rate was 32.00%,the incidence rate of the children aged 7-12 years was the highest in all of cases(38.89%).The incidence rate of the cases with measles vaccination history was 20.19%,and that without measles vaccination history was 40.41%(P<0.01).Most measles cases appeared at the end of March(these cases accounted for 70.00%).[Conclusion]Some children without MV immunization,lower effective immunization coverage rate,the delay of the case reporting and treating were the main causes of this current epidemic. |
