New operation for dislocated septal cartilage |

| Abstract: | An operative procedure has been outlined for repairing any type of septal cartilage dislocation or deformity. This is based upon the principle that one may, with safety, entirely excise a deformed septal cartilage and still support the nose by the use of the upper lateral cartilages and a columellar cartilaginous strut. |
