| 摘 要： | 目的:观察2006~2008泌尿系统感染标本中大肠埃希菌分离、ESBL分布及菌株耐药性情况。方法:按照CLSI标准,对2006~2008年我院泌尿系统感染标本中分离到的525株大肠埃希菌株进行药物敏感实验,并分析菌株分布、耐药性及ESBL分离状况。结果:大肠埃希菌分离率和ESBL菌株逐年增加,存在多重耐药菌株。结论:合理使用抗生素,降低耐药性发生,并加强抗生素耐药监测。 |
