生物芯片技术在临床诊断中的应用

摘    要:
生物芯片技术是建立在杂交测序基本理论上的分子生物学技术 ,其突出特点在于高度平行性、多样性、微型化和自动化 ,在医学诊断中显示出了及其广阔的应用价值。目前在遗传病、肿瘤疾病、艾滋病及其它一些疑难病的诊断中取得了重大突破 ,且已有用于临床诊断的生物芯片问世 ,在未来的医学领域和实验室工作中必将发挥越来越重要的作用

Abstract:
Biochip technology is a new technique of molecule biology based on the theory of the hybridization sequencing.It has outstanding features such as high parallel,multiplicity,miniature and automation.It has been shown that the technique has a prospective application in medical diagnosis and been used successfully in diagnosis of genetic disease,tumor,AIDS and complicated cases.As a tool of clinical diagnosis it has been commercialized.The technique will play a more and more important role in medicine area and laboratory working.
