2009～2011年广东省台山市农村妇女宫颈癌筛查结果分析

目的:了解广东省台山市农村妇女宫颈癌的发病情况,以制定有效的防治宫颈癌措施,促进妇女健康.方法:分析2009～2011年广东省台山市57113例35～59岁有性生活的农村妇女宫颈癌的检查筛查资料.结果:57113例中患各种妇科疾病14118例(24.719%),其中生殖道感染12875例(22.543%),癌前病变584例(1.023%),浸润癌32例(0.056%);原位癌4例(0.007%).结论:广东省台山市农村妇女生殖道感染和癌症患病率较高,防治生殖道感染及早发现宫颈癌前病变与早期癌症应成为台山市妇女保健工作的重要内容,是关注公共卫生和提高妇女健康水平的重要举措.

Results Analysis of Cervical Carcinoma Screening of Rural Woman in Taishan of Guangdong Province from 2009 to 2011 Years

Objective： To understand the prevalence of cervical carcinoma of rural woman in Taishan city of Guangdong province to take an preventive and treatment measures effectively, and to promote the women＇s health care. Methods： The cervical carcinoma screening data of 57113 cases in rural women aged 35-59 years old with sexual life in Taishan city of Guangdong province were analyzed from 2009 to 2011. Results： Among the 57113 cases, 14118 women were diagnosed as different kind of gynecological diseases （24.719%）, including 12875 women with reproductive tract infection （22.543%）, 584 women with precancerous lesion （1.023%）, 36 women with invasive carcinoma （0.063%）,4 women with carcinoma in situ （0.007%）. Conclusion： The incidences of reproductive tract infection and cervical carcinoma in rural district in Taishan city of Guangdong province are high. Preventing reproductive tract infection and finding early precancerous lesion and early cervical carcinoma should be incorporated in maternal health care in Taishan city of Guangdong province. It＇s also an important measure focus on public health and improve the level of women＇s health.
