红霉素发酵液中污染细菌的分离与鉴定及其对红霉素发酵的影响

摘    要:
作者从红霉素发酵污染液中分离出了45株污染细菌,对其进行了分类鉴定,其中有39株属于芽孢杆菌属的8个种,有5株属于微球菌属,1株为无芽孢的杆菌。利用芽孢杆菌属8个种的污染细菌进行了人为模拟污染的红霉素发酵试验,其结果表明:其中凝结芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、蜡状芽孢杆菌、坚强芽孢杆菌等5种芽孢杆菌对红霉素发酵有显著影响;其危害极大。短芽孢杆菌对红霉素发酵影响不大,而巨大芽孢杆菌和短小孢杆

THE IDENTIFICATION OF CONTAMINATING BACTERIA ISOLATED FROM THE FERMENTATION BROTH OF ERYTHROMYCIN AND ITS EFFECTS ON FERMETANTIONOF ERYTHROMYCIN
Abstract:
strains of contaminating bacteria were isolated fromthe fermentation broth of Erythromycin and were identified,of all the 45strains there are 39 strains belonging to 8 species of the genus Bacillus,5 strains to the genus Micrococcos and l strain is non-sporeforming rodbacteriurm The fermentation of Erythromycin was artificially contaminated by 39strains of Bacillus.Those of B,coaglans,B.subtillis,B.licheniformis,B. cereus and B. firmus resulted in significantly decrease the productionof Erythromycin;B. brevis had litle influence on the fementation;B.megateriam and B,pumilus increased the pr oduction of Erythrolnycin,theformer increased by 47.8%,the latter by 24%.
