| 摘 要： | 目的了解深圳市娱乐场所女性性工作者艾滋病知识知晓率、艾滋病/性病相关危险行为特征,为政府制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用分层、整群抽样相结合,在深圳市5个区抽取调查对象,进行面对面问卷调查,同时抽取血样。结果共调查335名目标人群,平均年龄22.5岁;艾滋病相关知识知晓率为70.1%;第1次商业性行为平均年龄20.2岁;最近1次商业性行为安全套使用率88.9%;39.8%目标人群最近1年出现过性病相关症状,未检出HIV,梅毒阳性率2.4%。结论虽然深圳市女性性工作者艾滋病/性病感染率不高,但存在感染相关危险因素,必须加强健康教育和行为干预工作力度。
