| 摘 要： | 目的对综合医院医护人员进行艾滋病知识、职业防护技能、相关伦理与道德、不歧视的相关政策等综合培训,评价培训效果,为加强健康教育提供依据。方法采用不记名方法对医务人员进行培训前后测试和调查,运用统计学方法进行前后差异比较。结果经过培训,医务人员对艾滋病知识的总知晓率提高了10.13%,艾滋病职业暴露的知晓率提高了28.80%。医务人员对艾滋病患者的态度有所改善。结论通过培训提高了医务人员艾滋病知识水平和职业防护技能,对医护人员的态度改变产生了一定影响,但是对行为意愿改变不明显。应进一步强化医务人员艾滋病防治观,长期以多样化形式来提高医务人员对艾滋病的认识,改善对艾滋病患者的态度,减少歧视行为。 |
