置管冲洗在关节假体早期感染中的应用

目的:探讨置管冲洗在关节假体早期感染中的应用体会。方法:选取8例人工关节置换术后早期感染患者采用清创置管冲洗加抗生素应用,定期复查ESR CRP WBC及X线了解感染有无复发及关节功能情况。结果:采用此方法随访至少两年,8例患者中6例感染完全治愈,治愈率为75%,髋关节Harris关节功能评分82分,膝关节HSS关节功能评分81分。结论:人工关节置换术后早期感染患者若适应证选择适当,采用置管冲洗的方法可取得较高的感染治愈率及满意的关节功能。

Clinical application of irrigation in arthoplasty for early phase infection

Objective: To study the treatment for early phase infection in arthoplasty by using irrigation.Methods: Clinical application of irrigation debridement and antibiotic in arthroplasty for early phase infection,evaluate the function and recur for infection by examining the level of ESR CRP WBC and X-rays.Results: All patients followed up for 24-118 months with the mean of 72 months,6 patients of all 8 patients were cured,the ratio of cured was 75%,the average Harris hip score was 82 and the average HSS knee score was 81.Conclusion: Application of irrigation in arthroplasty for early phase infection can obtain the high ratio of cure in infection and well joint function if indiction is definite.
