摘    要:
目的 探讨黄芪通过促进滤泡辅助性T细胞(Tfh细胞)活性抑制肾细胞癌生长的作用.方法 取56只BALB/c小鼠建立肾细胞癌模型,并随机平均分为黄芪治疗组和对照组.黄芪治疗组小鼠每天通过管饲法予0.5 mg/g黄芪提取物干预,对照组则每天给予相同体积的纯净水.两组建模后第0、9、12、15、18、21天分别处死3只小鼠,...

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of astragalus inhibiting renal cell tumor by promoting follicular helper T cell activity. Methods A mouse model of renal cell carcinoma was established, the effect of astragalus on the growth of renal cell tumors and the effects on Tfh were examined. Results The tumor growth of mice in the astragalus group was significantly slower, accompanied by an increase in Tfh tumor infiltration. The kinetic analysis of Tfh migration showed that the slowdown of tumor growth coincided with the increase of Tfh infiltration. In addition, the expression level of IL-21 in Tfh cells in the Astragalus treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Furthermore, the level of tumor-infiltrating CD8 + T cells was positively correlated with the ratio of tumor-infiltrating Tfh cells and the level of IL-21 expression by Tfh cells. Conclusion These data indicate that astragalus treatment can lead to slower growth of renal cell carcinoma and exert anti-tumor immune effects through Tfh.
