| 摘 要： | 目的:掌握穿琥宁注射剂不良反应的一般情况。方法:采用病历回顾性研究,对广州、深圳、珠海、佛山、东莞5市10家市级医院2266份使用穿琥宁注射剂的完整住院病历进行调查,采用SPSS11·5软件进行统计、分析。结果:穿琥宁注射剂主要不良反应为过敏反应(0·57%)、血细胞减少(0·31%)、心脑血管反应(0·09%)、胃肠道反应(0·22%)、发热(0·22%)、其它不良反应(0·22%)。结论:穿琥宁注射剂的常见不良反应应引起临床医师和药师的重视。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To analyse the adverse reactions induced by Chuanhuning injection.METHODS:By means of retrospective study,we investigated2266complete case histories of inpatients receiving Chuanhuning injection in10municipal hospitals in5cities-Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Zhuhai,Foshan and Dongguan.And the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS(version11.5).RESULTS:Topping the list of ADRs of Chuanhuning injection was allergic reaction(0.57%),followed by hyp_ ocytosis(0.31%),cardio-cerebral vascular reactions(0.09%),gastrointestinal reactions(0.22%),febrility(0.22%)and other adverse reactions(0.22%).CONCLUSION:Clinicians and pharmacists should be alert to the common ADRs induced by Chuan_ huning injections. |
