| 摘 要： | 目的:观察米非司酮配伍米索前列腺醇术前处理过期流产的临床疗效。方法:376例8 w-16+6 w过期流产的妇女随机分为2组,分别给予乙烯雌酚口服+手术,米非司酮配伍米索前列腺醇+手术治疗。观察并记录2组患者服药时间、宫颈软化松弛效果、术中出血量以及不良反应、二次清宫的发生率等。结果:米非司酮配伍米索前列腺醇术前处理过期流产,术前服药时间短,宫颈软化松弛效果好,术中出血量少,不良反应、二次清宫的发生率低。结论:米非司酮配伍米索前列腺醇术前处理过期流产值得临床推广使用。
