| 摘 要： | 目的探讨神经内镜在高血压脑出血微创手术中的应用。方法总结分析采用神经内镜辅助手术治疗的21例高血压脑出血患者的临床资料。结果术后CT示血肿完全清除14例,近全部清除5例,大部分清除2例。术后随访3～6个月,GOS分级Ⅳ～Ⅴ级11例,Ⅲ级6例,Ⅱ级3例,Ⅰ级1例。结论内镜微创手术治疗高血压脑出血具有可直视下止血,视野广阔,手术损伤小,术后并发症少等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application of neuroendoscope-assisted neurosurgery through keyhole to hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage （HICH）.Method The clinical data of 21 patients with HICH who underwent neuroendoscope-assisted neurosurgery through keyhole approach were analyzed retrospectively.Results Postoperative CT showed that the total evacuation of haematomas was reached in 14 patients,subtotal evacuation in 5 and greatly part in 2.The prognoses were assessed by GOS during following up period of 3～6 months after the surgery.Of 21 patients,11 belonged in GOS grade Ⅳ～Ⅴ,6 in grade Ⅲ,3 in grade Ⅱ,1 in grade Ⅰ.Conclusion The neuroendoscope-assisted neurosurgery through keyhole approach for HICH has the advantages including open haemostasis,wide visual field,slight surgery-side injury and fewer complications. |
