腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术的临床观察

目的:探讨腹腔镜下广泛子宫全切和盆腔淋巴清扫术在宫颈癌手术治疗中的优势及护理方法。方法:选择行宫颈癌根治术的患者90例分为两组,观察组48例行腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术,对照组42例行传统的开腹宫颈癌根治术。结果:两组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后胃肠道功能恢复情况、术后并发症发生率方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组在淋巴结切除数目、术后留置尿管时间方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术安全、高效、可行,有手术创伤小、患者痛苦少、术后恢复快、并发症少等优点,对于Ⅰa～Ⅱb期的宫颈癌近期疗效好,值得临床上推广使用。

Clinical observation on radical hysterectomy of cervical cancer under laparoscope

Objective:To explore the advantages and nursing methods of radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy under laparoscope.Methods:A total of 90 patients undergoing radical hysterectomy of cervical cancer were randomly divided into two groups,48 patients in observation group were treated with radical hysterectomy of cervical cancer under laparoscope and 42 patients in control group were treated with routine abdominal radical hysterectomy of cervical cancer.Results:There was statistically significant difference in the operation time,the amount of blood loss during operation,postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal tract,the incidences of postoperative complications between the two groups(P<0.05);but there was no statistically significant difference in the number of excised lymph nodes and the duration time of postoperative urinary catheterization between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Radical hysterectomy of cervical cancer under laparoscope is safe,effective,and feasible,which has the advantages of minimal injury,painlessness,rapid recovery,and less complications;its short term effect on cervical cancer of stage Ⅰa-Ⅱb is good,and the method is worthy to be popularized and used in clinic.
