重庆市某县农村地区孕产期保健服务可及性的影响因素

目的:了解重庆市农村地区孕产期保健服务可及性的影响因素,为提高孕产期保健服务利用率提供参考依据。方法:运用定性研究和定量调查相结合的方法,对重庆市项目县的700名产妇进行问卷调查,对16名卫生服务管理者/提供者以及40名妇女进行个人访谈。结果:孕产期保健服务可及性的影响因素主要包括经济负担、体制障碍和社会环境因素三个方面,其中经济因素和医疗体制是影响母婴保健服务可及性的主要因素。结论:提高农村地区妇女孕产期保健服务的可及性可以从以下几个方面进行改进:加强农村地区三级医疗卫生服务网络的系统建设,深化医疗体制改革,强化公共卫生服务的公益性地位,同时适当增加政府在公共卫生方面的财政投入,并加强政府各部门间的协调。

Influencing factors of accessibility of maternal health service in rural areas of a county in Chongqing city

Objective:To understand the influencing factors of accessibility of maternal health service in rural areas of a county in Chongqing city,provide reference for improving the utilization rate of maternal health service.Methods:Both qualitative study method and quantitative study method were used in the study.A total of 700 parturient women from a project county of Chongqing city were surveyed by a questionnaire,16 health service managers/producers and 40 women were interviewed personally.Results:The influencing factors of accessibility of maternal health service mainly included economical burdens,medical system problems,and social environment factors,economical burdens and medical system problems were the main influencing factors of accessibility of maternal health service.Conclusion:The measures to improve the accessibility of maternal health service in rural areas include enhancing system construction of grade three medical health service network in rural areas,deepening health system reform,strengthening public benefit of public health service,increasing financial support for public health from the government,and enhancing cooperation among different government departments.
