摘    要:目的:探讨了微波配合阿昔洛韦治疗女性生殖器疱疹的疗效和安全性。方法:选择2010年3月~2011年3月女性生殖器疱疹患者36例,按照分层分组法随机分为两组,对照组和治疗组,对照组采用阿昔洛韦进行治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上采用微波进行治疗。对两组治疗效果进行评定。结果:对照组和治疗组有效率分别为90.5%和60.0%,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组复发次数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未出现不良反应。结论:微波配合阿昔洛韦治疗女性生殖器疱疹疗效显著,安全性较高,值得临床推广使用。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the curative effect and safety of microwave combined with Acyclovir for treatment of female genital herpes. Methods:A total of 36 patients with female genital herpes were selected from March 2010 to March 2011,then they were divided into control group and treatment group randomly,the patients in control group were treated with Acyclovir,while the patients in treatment group were treated with microwave based on the therapy used in control group.The curative effects in the two groups were evaluated. Results:The effective rates in control group and treatment group were 90.5% and 60.0%,respectively,the effective rate in treatment group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The times of recurrence in treatment group was statistically significantly less than that in control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion:The curative effect of microwave combined with Acyclovir was dominant,the safety was high,and the method is worthy to be spread and applied in clinic.
