女性生殖道解脲支原体感染检验及耐药性检验结果研究

目的:探讨女性生殖道解脲支原体(UU)感染情况,并对耐药性结果进行检测分析。方法:收集近期在该院妇科诊治的疑似UU感染病例246例女性。检测其生殖道解脲支原体感染情况,并分析UU阳性标本抗生素耐药性检测结果。结果:79例UU阳性标本对9种常用抗生素的药敏试验显示克拉霉素(79.7%)对UU敏感最强,其后依次是强力霉素(74.7%)和美满霉素(72.2%)。耐药发生率依次为氧氟沙星(40.5%)、左氧氟沙星(36.7%)和交沙霉素(31.6%)。结论:解脲支原体是导致非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎等女性生殖系统疾病的最重要致病菌,应依据药物敏感试验确定治疗药物。

Study on Ureaplasma urealyticum infection test of female reproductive tract and results of drug resistance test

Objective:To explore the infection status of Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) of female reproductive tract,and analyze the results of drug resistance test. Methods:A total of 246 women suspected of UU infection who were treated in the hospital recently were collected;the infection status of UU of reproductive tract was detected,and the results of drug resistance test for UU positive samples were analyzed. Results:The results of drug sensitive test with 9 kinds of common antibiotics for 79 UU positive samples showed that clarithromycin was the most sensitive drug(79.7%),followed by doxycycline(74.7%) and minocycline(72.2%).The rates of drug resistance from high to low were ofloxacin(40.5%),levofloxacin(36.7%),and josamycin(31.6%). Conclusion:UU is the most important pathogenic bacterium inducing female reproductive system diseases,such as non-gonococcal urethritis(cervicitis),the drugs should be determined according to drug sensitive test.
