基础窦卵泡计数等临床资料对体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠结局的预测作用

目的:了解基础窦卵泡计数等临床资料对IVF-ET妊娠结局的预测作用。方法:回顾性分析757名进行IVF-ET助孕术患者临床资料,比较妊娠组和非妊娠组患者AFC、基础FSH、年龄等指标的差异,通过ROC曲线下面积对各个指标的预测作用进行评估比较。结果:和未妊娠组患者相比,妊娠组患者的一般情况无明显差异,但总AFC稍高。各个指标中,两原核数的AUC值最高,总AFC的AUC值高于基础FSH和年龄。结论:各个指标对妊娠结局的预测作用均比较弱,应联合多个指标对患者生育能力和妊娠结局进行综合评估,但总AFC的预测价值要高于基础FSH和年龄。

The effects of antral follicle count and other clinical data for predicting the outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer

Objective:To understand the effects of antral follicle count and other clinical data for predicting the outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods:The clinical data of 757 cases receiving IVF-ET were analyzed retrospectively,the differences of clinical parameters,such as AFC,basic follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),and age,were compared between pregnancy group and non-pregnancy group,the area under ROC curve was used to evaluate and compare the predicting effects of different parameters.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the general conditions between the two groups,but total AFC in pregnancy group was high.Among different parameters,the value of 2PN’s AUC was the highest,the AUC value of total AFC was higher than those of basic FSH and age.Conclusion:The predicting effect of single parameter for pregnancy outcome was weak,so multiple parameters should be combined to evaluate the reproductive ability and pregnancy outcome comprehensively,but the predicting value of total AFC was higher than those of basic FSH and age.
