肌骨瓣移植内固定治疗陈旧性股骨颈骨折

作者应用股方肌肌骨瓣移植内固定术治疗股骨颈骨折25例,其中陈旧性者6例,效果良好。本组6例,男5例,女1例。年龄33～67岁。受伤到手术时间,最短者33天,最长者195天,术后二个月下床活动,3个月逐渐负重,4～6个月骨折完全愈合。经一年以上随访,功能完全恢复者4例,可从事轻工作者1例,生活能自理,但不能多走路者1例。股方肌肌骨瓣移植能改善骨折端和股骨头血循环,并能填塞股骨颈后侧骨缺损故骨折愈合率高,功能恢复满意。

TREATMENT NON-UNION FRACTURE OF FEMORAL NECK BY MUSCLEpEDICLE BONE GRAFT AND INTERNAL FIXATION

The musclepedicle bone graft of muscle quadratus femo ris and internal fixation had been used in 25 patients with the femoral neck fracture,including 6cases non-union fracture,All the patients resp- onded to the management. In this series,there were 5 males and 1 female,aged from 30 to 67 years old.the patients had been wounded at Least 33 days before bei- ng operated on,one of them had been wounded for 195 days,After two months postoperatively,the patienats could be able to move about on the floor.Three months later,The patients could bear a load.Fo- ur or six months later,The fractures were healing.The patients h- ad been followed for more than on years,there were 4 cases,the f- unction of whom completly recovered.One could take part in light manual labour,one could take care of his own affairs,but could not walk long. The muselepedicle bone graft of muscle quadratus femoris could increase the healing rate and have satisfied with function,because it could impove blood circulation at the site of fracturs and femur head and it could also stuff up the breach at the back of femoral neck.
