| 摘 要： | 目的：研究心理行为干预对老年肿瘤病人生存质量的影响。方法：采用自身对照的研究方法，对102名老年肿瘤病人，用癌症生命质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)于心理行为干预前、后进行评定。结果：患者的生活质量量表中的情感功能、认知功能、社会功能、整体健康状况、乏力症状有显著性差异。结论：心理行为干预可提高老年肿瘤病人的生存质量，减轻焦虑和抑郁，纠正消极的认知。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of psychotherapy on elder cancer patients.Methods:102 elder cancer patients completed the QLQ-C30 questionnaire before and after psychotherapy by comparing with themselves.Results:There were significant improved changes in the Emotional functioning,the cognitive functioning,the social functioning,and global health and fatigue.Conclusions:Psychotherapy can improve the life quality of elder cancer patients,resulting in less anxiety and depression. |
