| 摘 要： | 目的分析心理护理在妊娠剧吐患者中所起的作用。方法对妊娠剧吐患者进行分组观察,对于观察组患者采取科学有效的心理护理方法。结果观察组治愈17例(85%),3例治疗好转出院,总有效率达100%;对照组治愈6例(31%),好转11例,无效3例,总有效率为86%。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠剧吐患者中,应用心理护理者明显优于单纯药物治疗者,临床观察疗效可靠,不容忽视。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the role of mental nursing in patients with hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods Patients with hyperemesis gravidarum were divided into observation group and control group.Mental nursing was given to the observation group scientifically and effectively.Results In the observation group,17 cases were cured,3 improved,the total effective rate was up to 100%.In the control group,6 cases were cured,11 improved,3 with no response,the total effective rate was 86%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions In treating patients with hyperemesis gravidarum,mental nursing has a significantly better effect than drug treatment,with a reliable clinical efficacy. |
