中医针灸治疗头痛疗效分析

目的：探讨中医针灸在头痛治疗中的作用。方法：选择177例头痛患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，98例患者采用中医针灸治疗作为治疗组，其余79例患者采用西药＋非穴位真针刺作为安慰对照组。结果：治疗前，两组患者的目测类比定级（VAS）、疼痛程度（PPI）数值和疼痛分级指数（PRI）比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗后，两组患者的头痛疗效指标比较有显著性差异，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组患者头痛指标治疗前后比较也具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；治疗组患者的总有效率为97．96％，对照组患者的总有效率为89．87％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：采用中医针灸治疗头痛临床疗效明显，患者疼痛程度减轻明显，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Headache

Objective：To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of headache. Methods： 177 cases of headache patients from January 2011 to January 2014 in our hospital as the research object, and were randomly divided into twogroups, 98 patients were treated with acupuncture treatment as the treatment group, the remaining 79 patients treated with western medicine ＋ non acupoint acupuncture as the placebo group. Results： Before treatment, two patients with visual analogue scale（VAS）, pain degree （PPI） and numerical pain rating index （PRI） showed no statistical significance difference （P〉0.05）; after treatment, comparison index headache curative effect of two groups of patients with significant differences, with statistical significance difference （P〈0. 05） ;the treatment group of 98 patients with headache index compared with those before treatment also had differences （P〈0. 05）, the treatment group of total efficiency was 97.96 %, control group of total efficiency was 89.87%, comparedwith statistical significance （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The traditional Chinese medicine clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of headache, pain degree of patients significantly reduced.
