2410名机关干部健康体检结果分析及干预对策

目的了解机关干部的健康状况,以便采取相应的预防措施。方法对2410名机关干部体检结果进行分析,了解影响机关干部健康的主要疾病谱。结果查出各种疾病或指标异常者2295人,占体检总人数的95.23%,检出率在各种疾病中占前16位:屈光不正1303人,血脂异常1184人,血压偏高579人,脂肪肝544人,肝功异常509人,血尿酸偏高275人,宫颈炎226人,胆囊息肉213人,乳腺增生206人,肾结石156人,心电图异常154人,双肺纹理增多150人,前列腺增大127人,血糖偏高112人,胆囊结石93人,子宫肌瘤51人;恶性肿瘤2例。结论应高度重视机关干部的健康状况,加强健康教育和行为干预,并定期体检,以达到无病早防,有病早治。

Analysis of the cadres healthy results and the intervention measures

Objective To analyze the cadres healthy results and the intervention measures. Methods The healthy results of 2410 government cadres were analyzed, the main diseases among theses cadres were found. Results 2295 cases of disease indicators were found, accounting for 95.23% of the total number of physical examination, 1303 people had correct refractive error, 1184 people had dyslipidemia, 579 people had high blood pressure, 544 people had fatty liver, liver meritorious service of 509 people was abnormal, 275 people had high blood uric acid, 226 people had cervicitis, 213 people had gallbladder polyps, 206 people had mammary gland hyperplasia, 156 people had kidney stones, 154 people had abnormal ecg, 150 people had double lung texture increase, 127 people had an enlarged prostate, the blood sugar of 112 people was on the high side, 93 people had gallstones, 51 people had uterine fibroids and 16 people had the detection in all kinds of disease, 2 cases found malignant tumor. Conclusion It should be more attention to the health condition of gov- ernment cadres, strengthen the health education and behavior intervention and regular health checks are needed in order to had disease early found and early treated.
