循证护理结合临床路径在白内障合并糖尿病手术患者中的应用效果评价

目的探讨循证护理模式联合临床路径在白内障合并糖尿病手术患者中的应用效果。方法将80例白内障合并糖尿病手术的患者随机分为循证护理联合临床路径组(观察组)及传统的医疗护理组(对照组)各40例,并对两组的治疗护理效果进行对比。结果观察组患者平均住院时间、住院费用与对照组相比明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度以及对疾病相关知识的掌握程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理联合临床路径为患者提供了优质服务,可以明显缩短住院时间,降低医疗费用,提高患者的满意度。

The Evaluation of Evidence-based Nursing Combined with Clinical Pathway in Cataract Patients Complicated with Diabetes Undergoing Operation

Objective To evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursingcombined with clinical pathway on cataract patients complicated with diabetes undergoing operation. Methods 80 patients of cataract complicated with diabetes scheduled to undergo operations were divided into control group （routine nursing group, 40 cases） and observation group （evidence-based nursing combined with clinical pathway group, 40 cases）. The control group cases received traditional nursing model, the observation group received evidence-based nursing combined with clinical pathway. Then the hospital- ization costs, satisfaction and diseases related knowledge mastering degree were coppared between the two groups. Re- salts The average hospital stays and hospitalization costs of patients in observation group was sigificantly reduced than that of the control group （P ~0.05）, the degree of satisfaction and disease-related knowledge mastering was higher in observation group than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing com- bined with clinical pathway in cataract patients complicated with diabetes can shorten the hospital stays, reduce medical costs, and improve the satisfaction degree of patients.
