| 摘 要： | 我们以PEcob6含双拷贝乙型肝炎病毒的质粒为模板，进行聚合酶连反应，获取C区基因．平端连结克隆到PBKS 质粒中，选译出C区反义基因。再将C区反义基因亚克隆到PREP8质粒．构建成了乙型肝炎病毒C区反义基因的真核表达载体。 |

| Abstract: | With PEcob6 containing double copics of HBV gene as the template, HBV C gene wasproduced by PCR, and then was subjected to becloned into PBKS . After the plasmid containing antisense C gene had been selected, the antisense C gene was unidirectionally subcloned into PREP8,consequently, a karyotic expression plasmid vector was constructed. |
