| 自发性高血压大鼠组织和心肾缺血组织中Na~＋／Ca~（2＋）交换体基因的表达 | |

| 摘 要： | 自发性高血压和心肾缺血组织中钙离子水平明显升高。为探讨Ｎａ＋／Ｃａ２＋交换体在其中的作用，我们应用半定量逆转录一多聚酶链反应（ＲＴ一ＰＣＲ）技术，比较了自发性高血压大鼠（ＳＨＲ）部分组织、缺血时心肌和肾脏与其正常对照组织中Ｎａ＋／Ｃａ２＋交换体ｍＲＮＡ的水平。结果表明，ＳＨＲ所测组织中Ｎａ＋／Ｃａ２＋交换体ｍＲＮＡ较正常ＷＫＹ大鼠均降低。结扎４８小时引起的缺血肾脏Ｎａ＋／Ｃａ２＋交换体ｍＲＮＡ亦降低。而因异丙基肾上腺素引起的心肌缺血组织中，Ｎａ＋／Ｃａ２＋交换体基因的表达上升。 |

| Abstract: | ntracellular Ca2+ concentration increases significantly in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR ) and is-chemic tissues.In order to evaluate the significance of Na+/Ca2+exchanger in these diseases,we detected the gene expression of Na+/Ca2+ exchanger in some tissues of SHR and ischemic heart and kidney, and compared them with their normal controls. The results showed that in SHR and ligated kidney,Na+/Ca2+ exchanger mRNA level is lower than that in WKY rats and normal kidney. In ischemic heart induced by isoprenaline,this mRNA level increased. |
