痛经患者异位子宫内膜腺上皮细胞中一氧化氮合成酶的表达

摘    要:
目的 检测内皮性一氧化氮合成酶(eNOS)及诱导性一氧化氮合成酶(iNOS)在继发性痛经患者异位子宫内膜腺上皮细胞中的表达,探讨NO/NOS在子宫内膜异位症继发性痛经发病机制中的作用。方法 应用免疫组织化学S—P法检测eNOS和iNOS在36例继发性痛经患者和34例无痛经患者异位子宫内膜腺上皮细胞中的表达。结果两组问异位子宫内膜中eNOs的表达无论是在增生期还是在分泌期均无明显差异,继发性痛经组中iNTOS的表达在整个月经周期中均明显高于无痛经组,以分泌期更加显著。结论 在月经周期中,继发性痛经患者的异位子宫内膜腺上皮细胞中iNOS的表达升高,可能参与子宫内膜异位症的免疫调节.导致继发性痛绎的发生。

Abstract:
Objective To study the function of NO/NOS in dysmenorrhoea, we investigated the expression of eNOS and iNOS in the glandualar epithelium of ectopic endometrium from women with dysmenorrhoea secondary to endometriosis during the menstrual cycle. Methods hnmunohistochenfical SP methods were used identification the expression of eNOS and iNOS monoclonal antibody in ectopic endometrium from 36 women with dysmenorrhoea and 34 women without dysmenorrhoea. Results No significant difference was observed in the expression of eNOS in ectopic endometrium glandular epithelia between women with and without dysmenorrhoea.The expression of iNOS in the women with dysmenorrhoea had persistently higher expression than those in the women without dysmenorrhoea during the menstrual cycle. Conclusion These findings suggest NO/NOS maybe relevant to the pathogenesis of dysmenorrhoea secondary to endometriosis.
