| 摘 要： | 循证医学有别于传统医学模式,是将最佳的医学研究成果与临床经验和病人自身价值这三者相结合,是临床医学的新范式。作者旨在将疝和腹壁外科领域研究的新知识、新方法、新技术结合循证医学教育的观念,运用到临床医学生的教学中,以培养医学生现代疝外科学诊疗的理念,造就新型的医学人才。

| Abstract: | Evidence-based medicine （EBM） is different from traditional medicine. It integrates the best medical research results with clinical experience and patient＇ s own value ; therefore, it is a new paradigm of clinical medicine. This paper intends to apply the new knowledge, new methods and new technology in hernia and abdominal wall surgery research by combining with EBM concept in the teaching of clinical students so as to train the diagnosis and treatment concepts of modern hernia surgery and produce new-type medical talents. |
