摘    要:目的:比较不同采收方法和加工方法对杭菊质量的影响。方法:以绿原酸含量为主要指标,挥发油含量为参考指标,对不同采收方法和加工方法的杭菊进行比较分析。结果:采收时间对绿原酸含量的影响较明显,但对挥发油含量的影响不明显,11月中旬前采收,绿原酸含量差异比较小,11月中旬后绿原酸含量有所下降;胎菊中绿原酸含量为最高,达到0.619%;杀青回潮烘干法杭菊中绿原酸含量为最高,达到0.426%,挥发油含量也为最高,达到0.005mL·g^-1。结论:杭菊应适时采收,11月中旬前采收的鲜花品质较好,采收时花朵开放程度以胎菊比较好;加工方法采用杀青回潮烘干法比较好。

Influence of Different Harvest Methods and Processing Methods on Quality of Chrysanthemum morifolium

Abstract:Objective: To disclose the influence of harvest methods and processing methods on the quality of Chrysanthemum morifolium. Methods: Chrysanthemum morifolium samples from different harvest methods and processing methods were compared by taking chlorogenic acid contents as main index and volatile oil as a reference index. Results: The influence of harvest time is obvious to the content of chlorogenic acid but not obvious to the content of volatile oil. The content of chlorogenic acid was similar when harvested before the mid-November, it fell after the mid-November; The content of chlorogenic acid before blooming was the highest pitch, up to 0. 619% ; The content of chlorogenic acid was the highest which processing by steaming, stacking then drying, up to 0. 426%. ,the content of volatile oil was also the highest which rich up to 0. 005 mL·g^-1. Conclusion: The quality of Chrysanthemum morifolium is more better when harvested before the mid-November, while the flower didn' t bloom, and drying after steaming, stacking is the best processing method for quality control.
