| 摘 要： | 目的探讨美能联合液氮冷冻治疗白癜风的疗效和安全性。方法 60例白癜风患者随机分成两组。对照组30例,口服美能片50mg3次/d,外用卤米松软膏1次/d,每连续外用2周停1周,疗程16周。治疗组30例,液氮冷冻治疗1次/周,余药用法同对照组。结果治疗组有效率为76.67%,对照组为43.33%,两组有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组皮损位于面颈部、躯干和四肢者疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）,两组肢端皮损疗效差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论美能联合液氮冷冻治疗位于面颈部、躯干和四肢的白癜风疗效好,不良反应少。
