| 卵巢囊性病变的CT诊断 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨螺旋CT对卵巢囊性病变的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法收集我院病理证实的卵巢囊性病变61例,回顾性分析其CT表现。结果良性54例,交界性4例,恶性3例。其中单纯性囊肿21例,子宫内膜异位囊肿11例,卵巢脓肿3例,囊腺瘤15例,囊性畸胎瘤8例,囊腺癌3例。定位诊断准确率为96.7%,定性诊断准确率88.5%。结论螺旋CT对各种卵巢囊性病变的定位与定性诊断具有较高的准确性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of broad ligament leiomyoma(BLL) with CT and MRI.Methods CT and MRI data of 15 female patients with surgically and pathologically proved BLL were analyzed retrospectively.Of whom,6 underwent pre-and postcontrast CT scans alone and 9 underwent pre-and contrast MR imaging alone.Results CT and MR imaging accurately demonstrated intrapelvic and extrauterine masses in all patients,those comprised 9 solid and 6 cystic-solid.The BLL masses with well-defin... |
