一起饮用水污染引起感染性腹泻暴发的调查

目的查找引起本次腹泻暴发的原因,为预防此类事件的发生提供依据。方法以现场流行病学方法对疫点进行调查和处理,通过病例对照查找可疑的危险因素。结果分别从引水管水和水塔水中检出嗜水气单胞菌,但病人粪便标本和其他外环境标本均未检出肠道致病菌,对腹泻病人粪便标本进行霍乱弧菌快速检测（胶体金法）和分离培养,结果均为阴性。结论虽然从水标本中检出嗜水气单胞菌,但未能从腹泻病人粪便标本中检出肠道致病菌,还不能确定本起暴发是由嗜水气单胞菌引起的,而只能说明是饮用水被污染所导致的,应加强相关的预防和控制措施。
