| 摘 要： | 目的 总结甲状腺功能亢进(以下简称甲亢)合并病毒性肝炎的诊治经验,提高治疗成功率.方法 对南昌大学第一附属医院2000-2010年收治的甲亢合并病毒性肝炎14例死亡病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 14例病例均有严重并发症,最终因感染死亡7例,肝肾综合征死亡3例,脑水肿脑疝死亡1例,心衰肺水肿死亡1例,消化道出血死亡1例,肠穿孔死亡1例.并发症为死亡的主要原因,并发症越多,死亡率越高.结论 规范治疗甲亢及病毒性肝炎,避免使用肝损及肾损药物,早期预防及治疗并发症,是提高甲亢合并病毒性肝炎存活率、降低死亡率的重要措施. |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experiences in the diagnosis and treatment of viral hepatitis complicated with hyperthyroidism in order to improve the treatment success rate.Methods The clinical data from 14 death cases with viral hepatitis complicated with hyperthyroidism at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University between 2000 and 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the 14 cases had serious complications.Seven patients died of infection,3 died of hepato-renal syndrome,1 died of cerebral ... |
