单纯修补术治疗十二指肠溃疡穿孔

目的 探讨单纯修补术在十二指肠溃疡穿孔的长期疗效。方法 回顾性分析了2000年1月～2003年10月65例十二指肠急性穿孔单纯修补术配合洛塞克、阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮三联药物治疗的疗效。结果 本组65例无死亡及再穿孔病例，术后3个月溃疡愈合率92．31％(60／65)。术后半年溃疡愈合率100％。一年复发率4．6％(3／65)，2年复发率7．69％(5／65)。无因溃疡复发再手术病例。结论 单纯修补术配合抗溃疡药物治疗十二指肠溃疡穿孔，可显著提高单纯修补术后的溃疡愈合率和降低溃疡复发率。

Simple Repair in Treatment of Duodenal Ulcer Perforation

Objective To explore the long-term curative effect of the simple repair applying in duodenal ulcer perforation.Methods Retrospectively analyse the effect of simple repair in 65 cases of acute duodenal perforation allied with 3 kinds of medicine namely Losec,Cyclacillin and Furazolidone from January 2000 to October 2003.Results There are no dead and perforation again in 65 cases,the ulcer healing rate is 92.31%(60/65) after operation 3 months and the ulcer healing rate is 100% after operation half a year.Relapse rate are 4.6%(3/65) in one year and 7.69%(5/65) in two years,there is no case operated again because of ulcer relapses.Conclusion This method can improve ulcer healing rate and reduce ulcer relapse rate obviously in treating duodenal ulcer perforation.
