摘    要:目的 探讨安全配药的最优方法,提高配药工作效率.方法 实验组和对照组各30例,对照组按常规方法 配药,实验组采用改良方法 配药,观察两组配药后产生不溶性微粒的数量.结果 实验组产生≥10 μm(个/ml)和≥25μm(个/ml)的数量明显低于对照组(P<0.01),但两组均未达到中国药典标准.结论 改良法配药能减少输液微粒污染,但建立静脉输液配药中心或安装超净工作台配药是非常必要的.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the optimal method of dispensing safety, and increase work efficacy. Methods The experimental group and control group were collected with 30 cases respectively. The control group was treated with conventional dispensing methods, experimental group improved dispensing method. The number of insoluble particles was observed between the two groups. Results The experimental group showed ≥ 10 microns (a/ml), and ≥ 25 microns (a/ml) than in the control group (P < 0. 01), but both failed to meet the standards of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Conclusions The modified method can reduce the transfusion of dispensing particulate pollution, but the establishment of intravenous infusion center or install clean benches pharmacy dispensing is necessary.
