| 摘 要： | 目的观察饮食控制对超重或肥胖2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者体重和血脂的影响。方法超重或肥胖T2DM患者40例,接受饮食控制1个月,分别检测饮食控制前、后的体重和血脂。结果单纯饮食控制后,超重或肥胖2型糖尿病患者的总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均明显下降(5.36±1.10)mmol/L vs.(4.94±0.94)mmol/L和(3.35±0.81)mmol/L vs.(3.05±0.68)mmol/L](P<0.01),而甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)变化不明显。结论饮食控制能明显改善超重或肥胖2型糖尿病患者的体重和脂代谢异常。 |

Effect of diets control on serum lipids in overweight or obese patients with type 2 diabetes |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the influence of diets control on the body weight,blood lipids in overweight or obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods A total of 40 patients was treated with diets control for one month.The body weight was recorded and serum concentrations of triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were examined before and after diets control. ResultsCompared to before,serum TC and LDL-C were significantly reduced after diets control for one month (5.36±1.10)mmol/L vs.(4.94±0.94)mmol/L and (3.35±0.81)mmol/L vs.(3.05±0.68)mmol/L](P<0.01), which were not in serum levels of TG and HDL-C. Conclusion Diets control can reduce the body weight and ameliorate the lipid metabelic disorder in overweight or obese patients with T2DM. |
