生存素和COX-2在乳腺癌复发及转移癌组织的表达

目的探讨复发、转移乳腺癌癌组织中生存素和环氧化酶2(COX-2)的表达。方法将86例乳腺癌胸壁局部复发或腋窝、锁骨上淋巴结转移灶切除作病理检查,同时进行免疫组化检测,比较首次手术标本和复发、转移乳腺癌癌组织中的生存素和COX-2表达。结果 86例复发、转移的乳腺癌癌组织中的生存素和COX-2阳性表达率分别为90.70%(78/86)和94.19%(81/86),明显高于首次手术后的61.63%(53/86)和63.95%(55/86)(P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌复发、转移后,癌组织中生存素和COX-2阳性表达率均明显上调,提示该类患者预后不良。

Expressions of survivin and COX-2 in the relapse and metastasis breast cancer

Objective To explore the expressions of survivin and cyclooxegenase-2(COX-2) in the relapse and metastasis breast cancer. Methods The expressions of survivin and COX-2 in the relapse and metastasis breast cancer tissues were detected with immunohistochemistry in 86 patients with breast cancer diagnosed pathologically.The results were compared to those in the breast cancer tissues collected from the first operation in the same 86 cases. Results The positive expression rates of survivin and COX-2 in the relapse and metastasis breast cancer tissues were 90.70%(78/86) and 94.19%(81/86),which were significantly higher than 61.63%(53/86) and 63.95%(55/86) in the breast cancer tissues from the first surgery in 86 cases(P<0.01). Conclusion The positive expressions of survivin and COX-2 in the relapse and metastasis breast cancer tissues are significantly up-regulated,indicating that those patients have poor prognosis.
