| 摘 要： | 目的：观察参麦注射液（ＳＭ）治疗充血性心衰的临床疗效。方法：用ＳＭ静滴治疗充血性心衰５８例，用多巴酚丁胺注射液（ＤＡ）治疗４８例。结果：ＳＭ组有效率９６．６％；ＤＡ组有效率８１．３％，两组比较Ｐ＜０．００１。结论：ＳＭ和ＤＡ均能增强心肌收缩力，改善心衰症状，但ＳＭ比ＤＡ疗效好，作用稳定，副作用少，对心率血压有双相调节作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Shermai Injection (SMI) in treating congestive heart failure.Method:58 cases of congestive heart failure were treated with SMI while 48 cases of the control group were treated with Dobutamine(DA).Result:The effective rates for the SMI and Dobutamine groups were 96.6% and 81.3% respectively,with significant statistical difference between the two groups( P <0.001).Conclusion:SMI and Dobutamine can both increase the myocardial contractibility,but the effect of SMI was much better than Dobutamine,with less side effects and dual regulating effects on the heart rate and blood pressue. |
