| 摘 要： | 目的 观察灯盏花对２型糖尿病早期肾病患者尿微量白蛋白的影响。方法 将３５例２４ｈ微量白蛋白３０～３００ｍｇ的２型糖尿病患者，随机分２组，治疗组（１８例）应用灯盏花３０ｍｌ静点，对照组（１７例）不加用药物治疗。２组均连续观察１４ｄ。治疗前后均测２４ｈ尿微量白蛋白。结果 治疗后，治疗组２４ｈ尿微量白蛋白下降，对照组无显著变化，两组比较差异显著（Ｐ〈０．０１）。结论 灯盏花能降低２型糖尿患者尿微量白蛋白 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate of effects of Denzhanhua on microalbuminuria in type-2 diabetic mellius. Methods Thirty-five type-2 diabetic mel lius patients with ragging 30-300mg/24h. were ramdomly divided into 18 cases of Denzhanhua treated group and 17 cases of control. Denzhanhua was admimistrated introvenously, 30ml a day for 2weeks. The control droug was normal salt. Microalbuminria in urire was measured with radvoimmunoassay. Results The level of for roalbuminuria in patients in treatement group was significantly decreased while contrast with that in the control group. (p<0.0l) Conclu- sion Dengzhanhua may decrease the level of microalbuminuria in patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus. |
