| 摘 要： | 目的探讨5E康复模式对腹膜透析患者焦虑和抑郁的影响。方法选取180例腹膜透析患者,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规健康教育,实验组实施5E康复干预,主要内容包括鼓励、教育、锻炼、工作及评估。应用W.K.Zung的自评焦虑量表（SAS）、自评抑郁量表（SDS）在干预前和干预6个月后评估两组患者的焦虑和抑郁症状。结果干预前两组患者焦虑和抑郁得分及分级情况差异无显著意义（P〉0.05）,干预后6个月两组患者焦虑和抑郁得分及分级情况差异有显著意义（P〈0.05）,实验组焦虑和抑郁的发生率比对照组低。结论 5E为核心的康复模式能改善腹膜透析患者的焦虑和抑郁症状,临床医务人员应重视患者的康复治疗。
