| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察抗生素对粪便大肠埃希菌耐药性的影响。方法 :对 2 4例医院老年肺炎患者于抗生素治疗前、治疗1周内、停药 1个月后作粪便培养以动态监测大肠埃希菌的耐药性 ,并分析其耐药情况。结果 :粪便大肠埃希菌在用药 1周内其耐药性增强 ,停药 1个月后敏感性部分恢复 ,但不能完全消失。结论 :抗生素能明显增强大肠埃希菌的耐药性 ,应尽量避免全身用药 ,减少耐药性的扩散。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of antibiotics on the drug resistance of Escherichia coli in stool of senile patients antibiotics.Methods Monitored 24 pneumonia patients in hospital who used antibiotics and cultured their stool before treated,within a week of treatment and a month after stopping to gain the state of resistance Escherichia coli ,and analysed the data.Results The resistance of Escherichia coli is enhanced within a week and the sensitiveness recovered partly after stopping antibiotics,but the resistance couldn't disappear completely.Conclusion The results show that antibiotics can enhance the resistance of Escherichia coli ,it is necessary to avoid systemic use so as to decrease the diffusion of resistance. |
