| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨输尿管结石致急性肾功能衰竭的急诊处理方法。方法：报告急诊治疗4例此种患者的临床资料。结果：1例经过ESWL治疗后痊愈；1例经逆行插管及输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗后痊愈；2例经开放手术取石治疗痊愈。结论：输尿管结石致急性肾功能衰竭急诊治疗，首要的是根据病情采取有效的治疗方式解决尿路梗阻，以求达到保留肾功能的目的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To report the experience of treating acute renal failure caused by ureteral calculi.Methods:To report 4 cases of acute renal failure caused by ureteral calculi.Results:1 case recovered after being treated by ESWL, 1 by ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy and 2 by ureterolithotomy.Conclusions:Acute renal failure caused by ureteral calculi is emergent situation. To release the obstruction is of primary importance. Taking different treatments according to patient's situation can preserve the renal function. |
