重度子痫前期血浆蛋白检测结果及其临床分析

目的探讨低蛋白血症与重度子痫前期的关系,以及对孕产妇及妊娠结局的影响。方法对102例重度子痫前期患者的临床资料进行分析总结。按是否发生低蛋白血症分为低蛋白血症组和非低蛋白血症组。结果重度子痫前期患者合并低蛋白血症的发生率为77%,其发病时间、终止孕龄均明显早于非低蛋白血症组（P〈0.05）;出现严重并发症如子痫、肝肾损害、心功能不全、胎盘早剥、HELLP综合症等明显高于非低蛋白血症组。两组存活胎儿体重比较,低蛋白血症组明显低于非低蛋白血症组,且血浆白蛋白值与新生儿体重呈正相关性。结论重度子痫前期并发低蛋白血症者,是重度子痫前期病情的进一步加重,易出现严重并发症,并造成围生儿不良结局。

Study on Clical Relationship Between Severe Preeclampsia and Hypoproteinemia

Objective To study the relationship between hypoproteinemia and the severe preeclampsia and pregnancy outcome.Methods The general clinical characters of records of 102 pregnancies with severe preeclampsia,were evaluated and compared.Patients were characterized in two groups according the protein in blood.Results The rate of severe preeclampsia patients with hypoproteinemia was77%.With the decreased of the protein,earlier the onset time and termination gestational weeks were,and occurred a veriety of serious complications such as eclampsia,functional lesion of liver and kidney,cardiac dysfunction,placental abruption,HELLP,and the birth weight of neonatus decreased.Conclusion The severe preeclampsia with hypoproteinemia is easy to occur a very serious complications and cause a bad outcomes for patient and infant.
